Request from cell phone charges:
When the locator instructs the system to track a certain cell number via their hand held device, a return msg is sent back to the locator graphically showing the position of the tracked cell number. For this ‘request service’, the following charges apply:

Rules for pricing structures:
- Fixed charges are deducted monthly. Status of transactions will reflect on the subscriber’s account in form of credits
- R20 of the R29.99 for the main account will be allocated to the purse. This will allow for the tracks to be enabled. If the purse reaches R5, the user will be sent a request to top up their account.
- When the user is billed successfully, the purse will be credited with 2000 credits.
- The users will be allowed to purchase multiple credits in advance, and spend this over a period of time.
- One cent = one credit
- All devices loaded under the main account’s costs are billed to the main account.
- If purse runs low on credits and/or the user can not be billed, the user will be notified.
- If the main bill fails, the account will be locked and the user notified of failure of payment.
