1. How do I subscribe to myTrack?
Register on the myTrack website by following the 'Join us now' link.
2. What does myTrack cost?
R29.99 per month subscription (your subscription fee earns you 2000 credits monthly); for a complete breakdown of charges, please go to pricing tab
3. How do I locate another mobile user?
There is no limit to the number of cell phone numbers you can track.
5. Can I track any number I like?
Yes, provided the user has given his consent.
6. How does the mobile user provide consent?
The user will receive an SMS requesting his consent, to which he can reply with their desired choice.
7. Can a mobile phone be tracked if it is switched off or has no reception?
No, myTrack works on every phone: make, model or age. However, when using the WAP or USSD functions, you will need a WAP or USSD enabled phone.
9. How accurate is the service?
The service is dependent on the network coverage of a specific area – the better the coverage, the better the accuracy.

3. How do I locate another mobile user?
- SMS: SMS 'TRACK 082XXXXXXX' to 32908.
- Internet: Log in and go to the myDevices tab and click 'track' option.
- Internet: Log in (must link to a login menu on the myTrack website) and go to the myDevices tab and click 'track' option.
- WAP: Enter http://mobile.mytrack.co.za on your phone browser, log onto the system and go to the myDevices tab and click the 'track' option.

- No. myTrack is reliant on the cell phone networks to locate the device; therefore if the cell phone is switched off or out of reception range, myTrack will not be able to track the phone.
- Should you be using a GPS device this is not the case
